If you mean from Singapore to Bangkok or vice versa I have used Thai Air and Singapore Airlines in the past.
Air Asia is popular.
From Singapore to Thailand there is rail service too.
December is high season for hotel availability and for prices. Highest price Thailand will be close to Christmas and New Years holidays.
Then go with the better airlines.
for me Batik airline its better from the Lion airlines even they same company's, the quality of service 100% better than lion airlines
