I will be having a bonding with my family for at least for 1 month or before Christmas.
We've planned to travel this coming 2nd week of Nov. My questions is which place is safe to travel and what do we need to prepare?
You don't "bond" with your family regularly? This is a special trip somehow?
Secondly, "... which place is safe to travel and what do we need to prepare?..." is meaningless when you don't specify where you're flying from or where you're planning to travel.
Lastly, "... what do we need to prepare?..." is a wide open question that could include anything. You know about Passports, right?
Think about doing some minimal research then come back with specific questions.

sorry for not giving the specific details the place to travel is Carnarvon, WAU.
There's lots of places called Carnarvon, no clue what WAU means.
