Last year, exactly on Septembre 2013 I left Italy and I went to spend nine month in the spanish capital, Madrid.
I could say that I have not an objective vision of Spain because I'm in love with this place. Spanish is an explotion of life and Madrid above all.
Actually I live in a small village in the south of Italy and when I arrived to Madrid, it was a full immersion in something I had never seen before: higher palaces, a subway line that take me home, to my new home and kind people!!! Oh gosh, kind people!! I didn't belive people could be so helpful. Well, these aren't the information I would give you but I want to suggest some things that would be useful, If you'll going to Madrid, one day!
