Hello! I'm a solo female traveller going to Nepal in January (until mid april) and wanted to trek for three or four days, but hit some good spots. Does anyone have any advice?
There are lots of trekking regions in Nepal, some of the most famous are Everest Trekking in the north-east part of the country, Annapurna trekking in the mid-northern part, Dolpo trekking in the north-west region of the country and Kanchenjunga trekking in the eastern part of Nepal Mt. Kanchenjunga. Apart from trekking there are lots of other good spots in Nepal, firstly the Pashupatinath Temple, i loved visiting it, at first i was spell bound by its architectural beauty, its a great temple and acts as a symbol of country's faith, religion, culture and tradition. Other place you can visit is the Bouddhanath Stupa which is the biggest stupa in Nepal, it is magnificent well-known Buddhist pilgrimage site which should not be missed. Be sure to visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square which consist of ancient temples, palaces, courtyards and streets.
