Hello everyone, I'm 22, I'm romanian but I've been living in Italy for 10 years. 5 years ago I received a fine from the police because I insulted someone at school (I couldn't believe it lol) so I was wondering if I want a traveling visa, will it be denied ?
If you mention the conviction then it will very likely be denied.
If you forget it ever happened then very likely you will be fine.
