Just booked Bali for 15th December, one way flight I'm hoping do Bali and Thailand and wherever else after! Any one else is going to Bali??
Verify that using a a one-way flight won't be a problem entering either country. Some countries require round trip tickets or a flight out within a set time. Better to know first than find out you have a problem just leaving your home airport.
For Thailand, December is high season for tourist visits. When it gets cold in Europe and USA/Canada you get more tourists visiting warmer countries.
