I would very strongly recommend the yoga teacher training conducted at SVYASA Yoga University outside of Bangalore, India. My wife has collaborated with that institution for many years in their ongoing research of the benefits of clinical yoga for many ailments. SVYASA is accredited as a university by the Government of India and has an excellent faculty. More to the point for you, this same faculty teaches the yoga certification program. My daughter completed the program last year and I am amazed at how much she learned during the intensive training period. 2000 patients at a time are resident at the campus, allowing yoga teacher trainings to observe and assist with yoga protocols for people with various ailments and conditions. Finally, SVYASA has a network of collaborations and graduates all over the world, so you can instantly be connected to many other yoga teachers. Their website is a bit confusing, but be patient: SVYASA.org and for the Yoga Instructor Course: http://svyasa.edu.in/academics/regular-courses/yic/
