Hi I am looking to travel from Sydney up the east coast in march/ April time - I am a lone female traveler and wondered if anyone could help suggesting a tour operator or if I am better to do it alone?
I am based in the U.K. And considering a contiki tour but they seem inflexible and expensive?
I just got a greyhound hop-on, hop-off pass - they are flexible and good value. Most travellers I met on the East Coast were doing it this way; you don't meet many people on the buses but you'll meet loads of travellers in the hostels.
