I land on October 16th and basically have no plans whatsoever... Just thought that going with the flow would be the best thing to do.. However I have 9 weeks to get to Melbourne..and yourself?

Im booked into a Hostel for the 1st week, I plan on buying a campervan and heading down the coast and to be in Sydney for NYE, then make my way to Ayers rock, Darwin then to Perth
No mate just a travelling visa. I fly from Melbourne to Auckland to have a year working/travelling over there..

No idea how long I will stay in cairns, id expect a few weeks maybe more depends how it goes!

My flights were about £840 but that includes Melbourne to Auckland in December..
I basically have work lined up in New Zealand so just fancied a break from work for a while to be honest

That's really good! I paif 960 for Heathrow - Hong Kong - Sydney on a group flight with Bunac! Yeah, you can't make too many plans I don't think because you never know what's around the corner! I'm from the Isle of Man

That sounds amazing, what work is in NZ for you? I hopefully want to do a few sights and touristy bits for a month and then settle and find a job, hopefully in Melbourne but will just see what catches my eye! When do you fly?

I have a friend that I went to school with that now lives in Auckland that's also a carpenter and has a job waiting for me as and when my money runs out basically :D I fly to cairns October 14th and fly from Melbourne December 18th so basically have 9 weeks to travel the whole east coast :/
Cannot wait to get out of Suffolk!!
