Hi all,
Siem Reap has a tuk tuk driver every fifty yards and most likely you'll use them for short hops as well as daily to get to each of the Angkor sites - simplest is when you use one you like, book him for the following day(s) too - all of them will be offering that.
Not sure what a "good" one is apart from being confident in talking to you, they all seem to know their way around, so I wouldn't worry too much.
I hired a man named Lumor after he was sent to pick me up at the airport by staff at the Park Lane Hotel. I did virtually no homework prior to my visit and only later (after much reading) did I come to appreciate how well he had selected the temples that he took me to visit. I would try to contact him by getting in touch with the staff at the Park Lane. -snip-
p.s. in case it helps, I just looked at a photo from my trip last March and Lumor's driver number is 6439.

There is much info about all the temples on the internet. Decide which temples you want to visit. If your not able to prebook a tuk tuk driver don't worry just book one through your accom. when you get there. If you know where you want to go then hire one (around $15US a day) & give him your list. This is what I did. I had my list spread over 3 days & told him if he has any suggested changes to let me know. I left it to him & ticked the temples off my list as I went. I was pleased with the service I got & tipped him accordingly at the end.
You may contact our tuktuk driver, Mr. Pheak
Spent 5 days, we are very happy with his services. Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. And always a joy to talk with.

yes there are plenty of tuk tuk drivers there but their service range from very poor to very good. I had all kinds of experiences, for example once a driver couldn't find my hotel! but another time a hotel recommended a driver who was very nice, safe in driving, and we had a nice conversation about his family and life.-snip-
