Anyone in Melbourne for NY? Sydney already a sell out!

As the title says im struggling to find anywhere decent in Sydney for NY... gutted!! so considering Melbourne instead, slightly concerned i will be there on my own tho lol

Keep an eye on as many hostel booking accommodation sites as you can; rooms will continue to be cancelled, and come back onto the market again.

Melbourne doesn't have anywhere near the craze that Sydney has (still ), so you should be fine eyeing the situation in Sydney for quite a while longer before having to decide to do Melbourne instead. You definitely won't be on your own in Melbourne; the fireworks will simply be a bit less iconic.

Hey! I've managed to book over Christmas and New Year just a couple of days ago at WakeUp hostel. I messaged them directly, as other websites didn't list the dates I needed. They got back to me quickly and prices seemed pretty reasonable!

Matt

Thanks, i got booked

Good work, where are you staying?

Matty

I got booked into BASE x
