Hey guys am hoping to fly from Ireland to Oz in Jan, am looking for a travel buddy, really want to go but don't want to go alone. I don't have a clue as to where id like to visit first but Melbourne and Sydney are def on the list, anyone else from Ireland interested?

I'm not from Ireland but I'm doing the same except in November! Have you had a look at Bunac? (Google it!) that's who I'm going through as I didn't want to be alone either. They help you find a job and get you settled over there and everything!

Hi guys.
I'm heading out to Melbourne in November on my own and am hoping to work there for a month before moving onto Sydney for Xmas and new year.
Hoping to leave Sydney early Jan and head up the east coast ( Sydney - Gold Coast - Fraser Island - Brisbane - Sunshine Coast - Airline Beach - Cairns) and finish in Cairns at the beginning of April.
I'm from Brighton and would love to meet up with some others who are heading in the same direction.
Where are you guys planning on starting from in Jan?

Hi ive just booked my hostel for NYE in sydney.....as for Jan onwards I have no idea what im doing or where im going, possible north along the coast to cairnes or possibly get some work!
Up for meeting loads of people and have a great time :-D
