Can anyone recommend a durable, reliable waterproof camera? I see more and more point/shoot cameras that claim water resistance to ~5-10 feet. Something along those lines is what I am looking for, durability is a key factor.
I'm looking at the Olympus TG-2 as I now have to shop for a new P&S due to the fact that my Canon was destroyed in the flood. My sister has one and they were taking reasonablly good underwater pictures with it earlier this month. I like the fast F2.0 lens, but the body is a little slippery to hold. It takes a wide angle (19mm) and telephoto (170mm) teleconverters. The chassis seemed reasonably rugged, but then again, I wouldn't use it for floor hockey. I'll be able to tell you more in a few weeks.
