Anything you planned for tomorrow (Independence Day)? Have no plan yet, just want some suggestion.
I am hosting 65 for bar-be-que at our clubhouse. Annual tradition. Then there are free fireworks displays at several of our Casinos.
Today--take it easy in the morning, 4th of July parade at noon, attend BBQ this afternoon, fireworks display at the local park this evening
Tomorrow--Beach day, free concerts (by the Tubes) in the evening at the local Boardwalk
http://www.beachboardwalk.com/concerts/
Saturday--farmers market in the morning, going to a local, beautiful winery in the mountains (of which I am a member) with friends in the afternoon.
Sunday--going to Carmel-by-the-Sea with my wife and our dogs. Will let them run a bit on the dog-friendly local beach, and then we'll doing a bit of browsing/shopping around town.
Hope everyone else enjoys the long 4th of July weekend
Anyone?
Ha, Ha
Good one, Sander.
I like Daniel Ellsberg's take on the NSA flap:

As this is a travel site, not a political site, I suppose I should provide a more balanced point of view on this subject than just my own (and Sander's):

People are free to read the comments (pro and con) at the end of the article and form their own opinion on the subject.
