You have planned your journey very well..Probably you need some more time and 3 months is quite a short period of travel.
Well what I can suggest you is to divide the time of travel in each country accordingly and keep a day or two reserve for each country.
Traveling to North India in the month June, you can come across little or no rain fall and can visit Leh, laddakh, Spiti etc.. and from Delhi you can get a flight to Kathmandu.
What are your interest? is it only sightseeing? or culture exploration? or Adventure sports?
You can do white water rafting, can visit temples and see Ganga Aarti etc.

Going to Northern India, Nepal,into Tibet, round southern coast of China to, Taiwan. Then want to take the Trans Mongolian Railway from Beijing to St.Petersburg, Russia. Spend few days there and see Talinn, Estonia and take ferry to Helsinki and southern Finland before returning to uk.
Perhaps stop over in Egypt and Israel on the way but not sure yet I can be flexible. Contact me if interested. Im struggling to find a travel buddy online.
Also any help with planning a backpacking trip and what to pack and stuff like that would be good.I have read stuff online but travellers with experience would be good to hear from.

I am in for Leh laddakh trip n second week of May. I am travelling with one of my friend via Duster.
