Hi there
Kiwis are in luck; New Zealand has agreements with many Schengen countries which supersede the Schengen rules, and allow staying in several Schengen countries for 90 days each, besides the 90 days in any 180 day window which applies in the rest of the Schengen area (not, not on top of; when there, your time in the other countries still counts). See the bottom of the Exemptions section in our guide article for details, and links to official websites explaining the same.
Poland, Croatia and the Czech Republic are the only countries on your list for which New Zealand doesn't have that agreement, so I'd reorder your trip to make certain those are all visited within your first 90 days of arriving in the Schengen Zone, and then you'll be absolutely fine.
Enjoy your trip! :D

Thank you for the advice! We have re-ordered the trip - better that than huge fines!
