I fly into Sydney November 23rd to begin my 8 month adventure around Australia. I currently have no set plans aside from eventually working my way up the east coast; just going where the wind takes me. This will be my first time travelling alone so it would be awesome to meet up with some fellow travellers and possibly some flatmates!

I'm planning my trip out to Sydney for right after Christmas and staying until probably mid January. After NYE I was hoping to head up the east Coast either with a group trip or with some other solo travelers. Does anyone have any idea where a good place to be on NYE in Sydney will be?
