I wish to study in Melbourne from February to June in 2015
Melbourne is a busy town and not open countryside. Any spiders that do turn up there will be nothing more than you get back home and a dose of bug spray will take care of them.
That's great. So I shouldn't expect those huntsman?
You’ll be fine, I can’t remember seeing one spider in the 4 months I spent travelling and then six months I was working in Australia. Regardless you shouldn’t let a fear of spiders stop you doing this!
