I have just finished Machu Picchu and am heading back to Cusco. I want to go to Puerto Maldonado. Maybe Wed or Thursday. I'm not sure whether i should just risk flying to PM and book a tour from there or try to get it sorted from Cusco today. Any suggestions? how is the weather down there at the mo? Any info re a good tour operator there or in Cusco? immediate replies would be rrrreally appreciated
