Hi there, my boyfriend and I have been planning a trip around the world leaving from Vancouver, BC, first stop Beijing, China then continuing on the Hong Kong by train and flying to Kunming. We will be going through most of SE Asia next by bus and train, hitting Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia, then over to India for train travel throughout regions such as Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Delhi, spending most of our time in Rajasthan. From there we flying to Zanzibar and Arusha, Tanzania for a safari of the Serengeti, Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Next is Egypt, Giza for the pyramids of course, train to Aswan for a trip to Abu Simbel then down the Nile in a Feluca boat with stops in Edfu and Luxor. After flying out of Egypt we bounce around for approx. 3 weeks in Europe as this is not the main focus of our trip. Stops include Athens,Greece; Rome; Berlin; train to Amsterdam then Paris, and finishing in London getting their via the Chunnel. Planning to do this in 4 months starting January 15th and very excited!!
