I'm in Turkey come August spending a few days in Istanbul then doing a Turkey Sail in Fethiye, I'm traveling solo too.
I'm not sure if going to Italy is a great idea since my family plan to have a vacation in Canada. I wanted to spend time with them this year and traveling with them this month is the best option. Why don't you invite your friends or family to go with you. I think it's more fun.
