I'm flying into Auckland mid September and have a weeks accommodation in one of the hostels. Looking for people going around the same time or who are already in Auckland. Not got much of a plan so up for travelling around with a few people.
Hi im pretty new to this site but i see your thread as im travelling to new zealand the same time alone and will my first major backpacking trip. Im up for going with the flow and stuff plus i got a 6 month whv and a year normal visa. Sam
I'm very envious of you both. I lived in Auckland for 5 years after starting out as a backpacker so let me know if you need any tips or info about Auckland or NZ in general.

If I remember rightly I had around £3000 but this wasn't checked by immigration on arrival.
