Hi there,
I have a great apartment that I use when I'm in Paris. With two bedrooms and a great location 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars and 1,000 EUR/week it might be out of your price range and too big, but if you're interested I can send you the details.

Have fun.
Cheers,
Terry

According to me, renting a apartment is better because it will be reasonable fro you. Go there and ask a agent a broker for a good apartment or ask the peoples living their. Another way is to search for rental advertisements on the internet at where you want to live, you will definitely get it.
I agree that apartments are better choice than hotels and if you search a bit than you can crack a good deal getting affordable rental apartments. But do keep the location in mind.
I think hotel will be cheaper then rent an apartment.
