Working Visa for part time job for an Australian Citizen

Hi.. so Im an Australian Citizen and I'm planning on traveling to Paris with a friend for 6 months.
We would need to work part time, but when Ive been researching, I've read its difficult for a non EU passport holder/ citizen to get a job.
What sort of Visa would I need to obtain to work part time and stay longer then 3 months? I'm also not interested in doing Au Pair (so I am not looking at the au pair visa).
If I did french classes (such as with Alliance Francise) to learn french while over there does that count as study? and would that mean I would be able to get a student visa?
Is there such thing as getting a sponsor as well to obtain a working visa?

If you're not yet 31, you can apply for a for France. Otherwise it's (afaik) nearly impossible as a non-EU citizen to just get a work permit. You'd need to first have a company which could convincingly argue that they can't find your specific skillset anywhere in the EU... Very much not aware of most of the details there, though. Maybe if you dig through the on that site, you might find something...

yes not 31 so hopefully a working holiday visa is the way to go!
Thankyou!!
