I have no idea if this map represents actual flight paths, but I found it interesting, maybe others who like maps will too.
I find this really interesting, and likewise I'm always interested to listen to the pilot explaining the route at the beginning of flights and the current location throughout the journey. I like to follow the moving map on long -haul flights too.
I think I'm a bit of a geek at heart.

This one's my favourite. Lets you put in any two airports in the world and get distance, great circle route, etc. Or put in a flight range from any airport to see where you could go in so many hours.
