I am planning a month traveling around the USA. I went to apply for my ESTA and it said I already had an approved application. It is valid for 2 years and I was there last year for about 90 days. Is this one still valid for my trip this year or will I need to apply again for a new one? Am I allowed to enter as many times for 2 years as long as I don't exceed 90 days?
If you have already got an ESTA on your passport then it remains valid for up to 2 years from the original date you applied for it, subject to your passport not being revoked or expiring. Therefore you should be fine to enter on this ESTA as long as it remains valid for the duration of your trip.
I've used the same ESTA about 6/7 times within the 2 year time period with no issues at all. With regards to the 90 days, each entry allows up to a 90 day period so again as long as you dont exceed this you should be fine
