&those men that apply
im starting my travels september 2012,
&i was thinking about tips with skin &hair care.
any general advice that would help a girl out just to remember.
Whatever comes to your head when you read this dont hesitate to share!
Greatly appreciated ladies!

I don't understand what you mean, "skin and hair care"

When I'm traveling I just do what I do at home, get showered daily and wash and condition my hair as and when needed, what's to worry about.
Use sun cream and E45.

I floss my teeth and brush twice a day.

Lush USA, a soap company, has cute little peppermint soap bars that last up to 3 months and function as a shampoo and soap. They actually have a lot of cool stuff that will last you a while that you could bring with you!

Things can get nasty when you're traveling, so I like to bring stuff that will make me feel good on the road. Nothing insane but here's what I bring:

Good quality moisturizer/SPF
travel size face scrub to use 1-2 times a week or after a long trek
Shampoo with extra oil/moisture so I don't have to use conditioner with it
Tweezers/small pair of scissors --also handy for 1st aid
A small makeup kit in case I end up going out which usually has eye shadow compact, tiny mascara, eyeliner some light face tint and a lipstick
One tiny nail polish.
Razors
And wet wipes, because sometimes a shower isn't possible.

It all fits in a small makeup case and weighs next to nothing.

Also depending on where you travel and what you're doing you can usually stop for a day and take part in local beauty rituals. When I was traveling in the Middle East I'd try to hit a hamam at least once a week (they are addicting like whoah). But you can go get a full body scrub/wax for very little money.

Thank you! Thats just the kind of advice I was looking for very excited!
