Hey there everyone,
That's what I'm doing! I'm 22, live in Nice, and am setting out on a year long world tour starting on Jan 20th! First stop is Argentina (I land in Buenos Aires).. am planning on travelling around South America for 5 months, then hit NZ and OZ for 3 months before heading to Asia! I'll be travelling alone but am confident that it will be easy to meet people and make friends along the way... feel free to join!

Im not sure when I can leave as I'm still in my job and I'll have to give my boss some notice. Maybe six months. When we're you thinking of leaving? Obviously I haven't organised anything yet because I'd rather have someone to travel with. As for places to go, I've got a really open mind. I would like to venture to south America at some point.
Yeah, me too, as I'd need to leave after June.
How old are you Matt? I presume 24 from the name....
I'd like to go to Africa, India, SE Asia and China.... Although am up for anything really, as I am looking forward to the adventure!

hey!! i'm actually hoping to do south america towards the end of 2012 so let me know if you plan on being there then haven't planned anything yet - it's all just dreams so far!

Hey all.
I'm 23, also from Bristol, and have finally decided to grab the oppurtunity to go and see a bit of the world whilst I can so am planning to head to NZ and probably Australia sometime in July/August.
Unfortunately I can't go away for longer than 2 months due to commitments here but if anyone's interested in starting their world trip off in NZ then give me a shout. None of my friends have the chance to come with me so am planning on doing it on my own at the moment although company would be appreciated!
