We are citizens of the UK and My boyfriend an I are currently due to go to Florida in April next year. I myself have a previous conviction for drink driving (very silly I kno and lesson learnt!) and currently in the process of getting a Visa. Problem is my Boyfriend has just been convicted of being in possession of a Class B drug!
This subject has come up many times B4 - suggest your search for conviction and/or possession
