Hi everyone, I am hoping that someone can give me a bit of advice and help.
You can visit Yokohama, there's China Town, and the landmark building from 70-something floor you can see the 180-degree view of the city bay area.
You can also take a trip to Kamakura, which is well-known for the big Buddha statue that once sit inside a temple but tsunami hit it--the temple's gone but the statue survived.
Then you can stay a couple of days in Fuji Five Lakes (Fujigoko) area. It's the area around Mt. Fuji. I myself visited Yamanakako, a town near Lake Yamanaka. You can see the beautiful view of the mountain from around there.
Or,
From Tokyo you can go north to Nikko, it's a mountain area with national park with hot spring, lake, waterfall, and the tomb of Tokugawa the Shogun. There's also Nikko Edomura, a theme park imitating Edo era. The small streets with Edo-era style shops, restaurants, museum, Ninja attractions, etc.--it's interesting if you like Japanese history/culture.
Have a nice trip!
