Hi! i will be in thailand for christmas..was just wondering if putting up in bangkok is a better idea or heading off to say pattaya?!

Bangkok is a great place over christmas because it's just another day there and everything proceeds as normal.
There are some New Year celebrations in Bangkok too.
Pattaya was the place to be 30 years ago but it has long since faded and been replaced by newer resorts down south.
Don't leave it too late to book rooms as this is now high season.
Hi thanks a lot hearing a lot of good things about krabi too..just dont wanna do the usual full moon party thing and not remember a thing next morning!
