I'm heading to Spain soon and I'm curious about Spanish men? What are they like? I've only heard that they are extremely flirtatious.
Jejejeje...

Unless you speak fluent Spanish they will only have one interest in foreign women.
As someone pointed out last week in the Euro Weekly News (which is a newspaper for British people in Spain and the islands), the Spanish only marry Spanish people.
As someone who is always open to meeting new friends on vacation , I didn't find Spanish men any more "friendly" than other European men. Meaning, they are more "friendly" than American men but not obnoxious. So, be careful who you randomly smile at because that is generally seen as an invitation by you to have a further conversation. Which can be uncomfortable when you aren't interested in them and were just being generally nice. But, they are usually respectful and go away when you make it clear you're not interested. I always have to remember to suppress my usual "MInnesota Nice" so I can avoid the uncomfortable situation of fending off a guy's misinterpretation of my friendly smile. The main negative I had with Spanish men is they often are smokers and I have a hard time being around that. Very disappointing.
Spanish men are very flirtatious, and somewhat more "hands on" than British men or American men would be. I was physically picked up and carried down the street by the bouncer of a nightclub, whereas I can not think of a single guy I know in Britain who would be that cheeky!
