Vacinations

I am planning on working in OZ for a year and then maybe travel South East Asia/South Amercia, money permitting. Does anyone know if it is cheaper to buy the vacinations in the UK rather than in OZ?

It would most likely be cheaper here in the UK as you can get typhoid, tetanus and Hep A free on the NHS; in Australia you would have to pay for most if not all of your jabs.

Do you have to have these vacinations? or can you run the risk as iv only got a week left untill i go and vacinations didnt cross my mind.

Hey,

You don't need any for oz but for se Asia I know you do as I'm headed there at some point on my travels.
Most are free and last several years so you might as well get them before you go if you might need them. The ones you have to pay for, I was told that they would cost pretty much the same amount out in oz and was told to get them when I'm out there nearer the time of travelling to Asia. Although Havant looked into it any further..
