When searching for photos of Birmingham, Alabama, it comes up with two in the here on TP, while when wanting to edit the cover photo it comes up with just one, which is exactly NOT the one I want. I try searching in a different way so that the other one pops up as well, but not luck there either. Bit of a shame as it is nicer to have a good cover photo than just the small one in the introduction.

If you are referring to , I believe it is not showing up because it is smaller than the required . I think the photo is only 600px.

Bit of a pitty in this case, but usually there is more choice...
Thanks for asking the question Michael and thanks Kellie for answering. TravelBlogs deals with a 590px width for covers. For me, it's good to know there are differences as I would have gone with 590px at some point and run into the same problem.
