I will be flying into Cambodia for the first time. What will I need to make my entry into the country as painless as possible. I will be flying from USA if that helps.
Aaron,
Bring some visa photos, money. Officiallly it is $20 for 30 day visa. I have heard there are scammers that will offer to speed up the process for extra USD. You don't need them. Fill out the form, wait your turn, hand over your arrival form, photo and money. Good luck while in Cambodia.
Easy. You can just apply online then just print the email out and bring it with you: http://www.mfaic.gov.kh/evisa/
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched e-Visa, which enables you to apply for a Cambodia tourist visa online. Instead of applying through Cambodian Embassy, all you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit card. After receiving your Visa through email, print it out and bring it along when you travel to Cambodia."
Just get your visa on arrival. Easy. Photos, money, patience.
Thank you everyone. The1guy, I am going to check out the e-visas although the visa process sounds pretty painless.
