Arriving Puerto Vallarta New Years Eve. Have a month to explore Mexico or maybe even take a trip to Cuba or Central America. Just wondering if anyone wants to see the sights, explore some off the beaten path areas, hike, relax with a few cervesa. I'm 48 y.o. guy from Canada...like to get out and walk around, do some hikes, maybe some whitewater rafting. Like to eat street food, explore some not so touristy areas. Not into the all inclusive thing...travel on a moderate budget, with the occasional splurge.
