I'm going end of may, looking to aim to Sydney for Xmas new year, start in Perth as friend lives their also looking for work after been in Perth , so from September ish ill be looking for work and hoping to get on a farm or fruit picking , wouldn't mind the 12 months extra, also Sydney been advised to get house shares/flat shares cheaper

You really need to state your nationality, and what type of visa you're wanting to get. (This particular thread is about working holiday visas; a type of visa which allows young people from Europe and a couple of other countries to live and work in Australia for a year - probably not what you're after.)
You can with looking up information. Most types of visas can be applied for online, but it does depend on your nationality.

You'll be effectively throwing away money asking any company to help you fill in the forms; they'll ask for the exact same information from you as the regular form on the website of the Australian Department of Immigration asks you. I'd recommend at least starting the first (on there, follow the "First Working Holiday Visa" link at the very top of the table); see for yourself how easy it is, or how far you'll get before you get stuck and need help. (And even if you do get stuck, people here on the forum are always happy to help, too. For free.)

Only if you completed three months of (fruit-picking e.a.) while on the first WHV. A WHV is "once in a lifetime", with the only option for a second year being to do those months of work which most locals don't want to do. (And if you do them, then there's no need to go to another country in between, as you can just start the second year right after the first one ends.) You could re-enter Australia on an eVisitor as a regular tourist, though, and I can definitely recommend a few months in New Zealand, too. (Or consider a !)
