been refused esta says i need visa but only got 5 weeks till i travel to us its been paid for ,how long does it take to get a visa ,any advise please
I'm always amazed at how people who offer no clue whatever about their nationality or passport or specific circumstances expect believable opinions regarding their legal situation...
Unless you wish to be forthcoming regrading all details regarding your refusal then why don't you simply contact the US Embassy/Consulate that has jurisdiction over your application for entry into the US?

Getting Visa for United States can take as long as a month or evening longer... If you have got any relative living in United States may be he/she can sponsor your Visa so that you come and visit United States soon....
