I am a Bulgarian planing to visit Mauritania in February. Could someone please let me know where I can obtain a visa? Some say I need to go to Casablanca and some say I need to go to Rabat ....
It could be either. The embassy is in Rabat, but Mauritania sometimes has a consulate in Casablanca (it closes and moves from time to time without notice). They sometimes issue visas in the consulate, sometimes in the embassy. It changes all the time.
I would start in Rabat, but be prepared to go to Casablanca if you have to.
