Hello,
Noosa Head at sunshine coast has a few small towns where the beaches arent as filled as there is nothing special. u usually only have local families there. i considered it quiet peacefully.
otherwhise u could just go anywhere along sunshine coast as it has many small beaches at villages along the highwway where not to many people are at the beach. but as far as i was expierenced not many austrlaians are at the beach anyway. even right at sunshine coast there were almost none at the beach during the week i stayed there. u usually could only see like 50 people when u looked left and right at the beach. and u see quite far :P
just stay of syndyes most famouse beach bondi beach. freaking crouded there!!!! and way to many surfers in the water. i got boxed over once :D
Hello,
Thank you that is very helpful. I should maybe avoid the obvious Bondi beach then. Just because it's my first time travelling solo I want to make sure I don't feel too nervous so if I head for somewhere quiet I can clear my head as proposed
no worries if you got any questions dont hesitate to ask. but yeah bondi beach is really crowded by tourisits and locals. u better off heading up anywhere else it is usually quite peacefully even at the major places along the sunshine coast. atleast that what i exspected for traveling up from melbourne to cainrs in 5months.
have a good time.
Hi ktcorner,
redapple is right, Bondi would be quite crowded around that time of the year, and while I cannot speak from experience, a good friend just recommended Chinamans Beach.
