Check visa requirements for each country. You may have to buy a Tourist Visa for Thailand without a confirmed flight out of the country within 30 days. If you planned on working to augment your money some places require work permits unless you do something dodgy under the table. This means the money you begin with is what you have for the entire time.
The four countries are close together. It is easy to get from Thailand to the other 3 countries. Check the cost of round trip to Bangkok vs buying long distance one way flights. You might save some money with a round trip ticket and definite departure date.
You need to work up a budget and see how much you have available for hotels and other living and entertainment expenses each day. If your daily budget means staying in lousy places and eating crappy food don't go for so long!
Be careful putting a real name in a post and advertising you are alone and later telling strangers where you are staying. You have to first think safety! Some cultures treat women traveling alone as someone looking for love! Sort of like the "Eat, Pray, Love" movie. When you meet people do it in a neutral place not your hotel so you can screen out the kooks.

You do meet other tourists in hotels or hostels. You meet people in pubs and bars, sometimes just walking around. You meet people on tours too. Don't have a lot of money stay for a shorter amount of time. Know how to have money available for the length of time away from home. Not a good idea to carry a big bag cash with you. If you intend to use a debit type card don't rely on a single card. (Single card can be stolen, lost or stolen from someone you travel or meet up with.)
This part of Asia can be cheap but you must always consider your safety first if you plan on sleeping in dives! Don't drink so much alcohol that you take chances. When women get in trouble usually drinking a lot of alcohol is a factor.
Do forum search for solo woman tourist or woman traveling alone. i think you are better off traveling with someone from back home even if you stay for less time.
