Finding a Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich in Nashville may be difficult. It's origin in the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky may always be the best place to get it. If you are away, it may be difficult. Some foods are only available in certain areas. I found this to be the case with many dishes that I enjoyed but was unable to obtain outside the area of its' origin.
