Hello, my husband and I will be staying three days/two nights in this region and I need advice regarding the best itinerary for our trip and it's difficult to determine how to coordinating getting to these places. We will have a rental car. Is it possible to get to Interlaken and take the train to Jungfraujoch, get off and hike to Grindelwald or Muren? Or, can we drive to Grindelwald, take a lift to Murren, spend the night in Murren and hike back to Grindelwald? My husband and I are upper intermediate hikers regarding ability. I wouldn't mind a 6 hour intermediate hike getting from one place to another. We also LOVE waterfalls. I would love to see both the sweeping views of the aps and the beautiful valley of Lauterbrunnen. Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
