I am 58 year old divorced male and trying to decide where to go. I enjoy the nightlife, fishing and hanging out on the beach. I was thinking of Jaco, bust was concerned it was more for a younger crowd.

I was in Jaco last year, it does tend to be the younger crowd but not in all cases. Honestly i would not waste my time there, it has become tourist central and the beach is slowly being over run by hotel companies. You might want to had north to Malpais. It is beautiful, with less people and maybe an older crowd, but it is less on the nightlife then Jaco.
