Hi there,
2 options:
The cheapest way... take the ferry from Aqaba and a overnight bus from either Taba, Nuweiba or (preferably) Dahab. Will take you max 2 days.
The fastest way... travel back to Amman and fly to Cairo OR fly Aqaba to Alexandria and take the train to Cairo. The trains are very good. Get a first class tourist train - the price isn't great and the trip is really nice.
