Packing for long term stay

Hello - In September I will be moving to the West Bank (OPT) for six months. I have made three previous short term trips (3wks each). I am feeling a little overwhelmed trying to figure out how to / what to pack for this trip! Any advice out there?
thanks!

It always depends on what you need :-) But in general try to keep a paper and pencil for one day with you and write down what you use step by step of the day....then you make sure you won't forget something....PLUS of course medical kit. But basically when you stayed there for 3 weeks before, just take the same with you and keep washing it :-)

I am facing the same problem for much of a year in Spain. You pack sufficient clothes, and for all weather conditions, but also shoes. Even things like sunglasses and an umbrella. All your day to day things. For me, laptops, leads, adaptors, lots of assorted disks (also allowing for if it crashes).

Basically you need everything there that you have at home (which is not already there). Some extra things you can buy over the internet, especially if you have a Paypal account.
