Heading out to hike Grand Canyon - North to South Rim on August 6th 2012. Any one hiking the same day. We are planning to leave Trail head at 4:00AM.

Take pictures and send them in. P.S. You have to be in great shape to do this hike in a single day. It's more than 10 miles across and about 1/2 to 1 mile down, plus another 1/2 to 1 mile up the 3,000 foot elevation of the canyon. Enjoy your trip and take plenty of water with you.
