Hi everyone,
You are welcome back to Kenya any day
I have heard Kenya's wildlife is spectacular. Did you visit there? how was it?
Kenya is one of the best tourist destination in Africa.It's is an amazing country of contrasts. This contrast is displayed in its attractions which include the wildlife, the coastline, mountains with Mount Kenya; Africa's second highest peak , The Great Rift Valley and its saline lakes, the cultural diversity of its people and to the north the Chalbi Desert.
See the big five, the lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, leopard along with giraffe and herds of zebra and gazelle in their spectacular natural environments. With numerous National Parks and reserves in the country;
If you had a safari then you would visit these Parks and Game Reserves (The Maasai Mara, Tsavo East and West, Mount Kenya, Samburu, Amboseli, Aberdares, and the Marine parks.)
At the Maasai Mara you will see the big 5 and you will be able to meet the natives of that land the Maasai warriors.At the Tsavo West and East you will hear of tales of the Man Eating Lions.
At the Samburu Game Reserve you will have one of the best safari ever crosing the ewaso nyiro where you will see crocodiles and Hippos.Lions are also frequently seen on the riverbanks, and Cheetahs can be found on the open plains. On rare occasion, packs of African Hunting Dogs are sighted passing through the reserve.
At Amboseli you will meet the Elephants and you will be able to have a rare sight of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Aberdares National Park has a good of Elephants, Second largest population of black rhinos and this is where the queen of England learned of her accession to the throne at Tree-tops.
Kenya is also the land of Marathoners and steeple chase olympic champion ooh and i forgot home of 800 metres record Olympic breaker Rudisha.
Anyone who visits Kenya,Tanzania,Uganda and Rwanda will definately have a good moment but Kenya has one of the best game parks ever.
Glad you did Maangi.... Hope you will be visiting again.... It is truly a beautiful country
