There are international companies for which the language of communication is English, but these tend to be around Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Hoofddorp, Schiphol area and then some are located around Den Haag & Rotterdam. The kind of jobs are varied from warehouse picking/packing (which don't require much skills/education) and then there are a bulk of jobs around order processing, call centers etc but generally they would look for higher education and also a second foreign language would stand you with a better chance of securing a job. I used to work for a Japanese multinational company whose European and Middle East African HQ was in the Netherlands and this was office based with SCM, marketing, finance etc, and so there were a lot of positions (about 500 in several locations) but also the demand for these jobs were pretty high including from Dutch native speakers.
Then there are internaitonal organisations such as the UN and these are located mainly in and around Den Haag. My husband works for one such organisation, but the vacancies command applications worldwide and an average position can command anything up to 1000's of applications, plus in some cases it is only open for the nationalities of member states.
As for living day-to-day, well you can live in and around Amsterdam and survive in English, but the further you move out then the more Dutch is a requirement, plus of course it will make your experience easier in the long-run if you embrace the language and throw yourself into it.
Anyway, hope this gives you a couple of ideas and things to think about

I would like to look for a job which is related to my educational background and working experience such as International Trade or International Relations. I really hope my plan will work out, it would be the 5th country i live in !!! Hupp hupp Holland !!

I see you are determinated and open-minded - that's the basic . I think your languages are your pros. Maybe learn smoe German. It's not hard to learn and can be usefull in this part of Europe.
