Hi,
Find one of your route 66 photos in your public photo gallery. Click on the orange "route66" next to "Tags:" in the info block. That gives you the URL you want: (it's meant to be a pretty hackable URL, so you can also just change the users or tags parts by hand).
You can even link to the intersection of two tags, for example photos tagged with both "route66" and "roads" would be
